Look Coco 09

This is a very classic automnal outfit endlessly renewed, always fashionable. Here, the traditional scottish pleated skirt is grey, black and red - available at Z with the assorted dark red coton tights. A short sleeve sweater C.F.K. Monoprix on top of a dark grey turtle neck shirt Okaïdi complete the outfit. The vivid pink coton scarf is an old H&M one from the past summer collection.

SHOP Figue

Figue celebrated its first anniversary in september and we are so glad to have it in Geneva ! It is precious to be favored with Figue's brand selection. That shop is the kingdom of the finest materials designed by European creators for our little ones (0-10 yo): here you have a poetic and smart selection of kid's wear, with soft colors and inspirations a bit retro but so "in the air". You cannot denied a certain Parisian touch in the boutique itself which is always a good sign of taste and style.
Allow Sandie Glotain to tell you more about the designers she selected, giving you the brand history and details that make them so authentic and you'll fall in love with her shop. All brands are an exclusivity in Geneva : Petit by Sofie Schnoor, Violeta y Federico, Louis Louise, Le marchand d’étoiles, Gold, Les petites emplettes, Barnabé aime le café, Nûr Gallery, ... With the next collection, you'll see Bonton furniture, Yporque and Bobo choses that are both fabulous fancy brands from Barcelona joining Sandie's preferences. It is time to take a closer look to that very special kid's fashion store Figue.

Mamas & Papas in exclusivity at Manor

Oh waouh, Manor is offering a corner to the UK’s number one nursery brand : Mamas & Papas ! It is happening here, in Geneva, on the 3rd floor of our Manor ! I have to say, it's a pleasure to observe such a major step in retailing of design accessories for babies in a department store. I'm proud of Manor, good for them !
Wellknown for their style, elegance and design, Mamas & Papas created a whole world for baby. A world of colour, shape, individuality, simplicity and creativity. They are also committed to ensure their products have a minimal adverse effect upon the environment which is becoming a standard in that field but still good to mention.
Manor has selected a few items from Gingerbread and Made with Love range for nursery interior. I've noticed a colourful striped coton knitted blanket, some mini coverlets and cushions with a distinctive patchwork design, a set of 7 bibs, and stuffed horse chime toy with teddy bears "Made with Love". I might have missed something so go and see for yourselves.

Go Sylvanian !

The new Sylvanian Family collection finally arrived at Le Chat Botté boutique ! I was expecting them to join Colette's doll house. As you might know, these collectible toy plush figures are grouped into families featuring woodland creatures such as beavers, hedgehogs, mice and bears (the word 'sylvan' means 'of the forest').
Despite their anglosaxon lifestyle, Sylvanian Families are actually from Japan originally and were developed back in 1984 by a Japanese company called Epoch and distributed worldwide by a number of companies. By 1988, Sylvanian Families had become a major success around the world, spawning an American animated television series (co-produced in France and Japan), and winning the British Association of Toy Retailers award for "Toy of the Year" three years consecutively, in 1987, 1988 and 1989. Very charming.
