The unique Petit Pan at Les 3 pinces

Petit Pan was born of the meeting between a Chinese-kite designer and a fairy-fingered artist, bringing to our occidental life a faraway culture full of flavors and delicate designs. Petit Pan is a small brand well known for their impressive hanging mobile creations made of bamboo fibers and painted silk - all unique pieces that comes in various sizes. The family workshop is based somewhere in the country side of China. There, they also create printed patterns inspired by popular Chinese culture for their range of bags and purses, babies accessories, bed linen and pillow, lamps and a small collection of non-conformist clothes. We are lucky enough in Geneva to have Petit pan widely presented at Les 3 pinces (ex-Le Tricycle Rouge) - the kid's corner of Les 3 pinces - so don't miss the opportunity !

SHOP Casakids

What I immediately liked about CasaKids is that it's a cool place. I mean, it is not only a nicely designed concept store but also a new engaging idea of shopping. CasaKids is offering the best children labels at affordable prices. This is because the items presented are either from last year collections, second hand, outlet or discontinued series from nearby stores. In a way, this could even be a first step towards a shopping more sustainable.
Alexandra and Sabrina are considering their store as a service and they're also pleased to present you some local accessories designers such as Happy Marie and Eva's House which I'll sponsor as well.
CasaKids' inauguration party is on the 5th of May 2010! They expect little ones and adults for a "goûter/apéro" from 4pm to 8 pm.

SHOP Petit monde

Oh yes, a new shop in town ! I'm very enthusiastic here because Petit monde has something different to offer in Geneva: vintage kids furniture and home made decoration. Catherine Micheli is the owner and the little hands behind the label Deôdeba accessories that you might have seen at La Boîte à Malices. She sews and creates with vintage and Liberty fabrics. No wonder that her preferences go to nice cotton and well made products with very neat finishes. She selected some brands to complete her assortment of children linen and accessories such as: Haciendo el Indio and Pipoca, my favorite. A blend of fabrics - children's quilts, pillowcases, cushions, aprons, tea towels, bags, pouches - from here and elsewhere, original prints, in a present style tinged with retro, lively and colorful : this is Petit monde !

The sun is in Figue with the Spring & Summer collections. Everyone was expecting Bobo Choses in Geneva for such a long time that I'm glad it finally got here and landed in Figue kid's store. Hooray ! I love their emblematic tank top. I also noticed a few wonderful pieces, starting with that so cool new parisian label, Talc with their ivory dress in cotton voile - the cotton crepe tunic by Petit by Sofie Schnoor - the beautiful coral jump suit for baby by Louis Louise - an incredible new line of furnitures and bed linen from Bonton - and the soft eco-friendly organic sweater from Quality people. So much fun to come, take your time and go in Figue kid's store !
